There are certain things in life that I believe to be absolutely certain and one of my biggies regarding workouts is that your life should not revolve around your workouts rather your workouts should revolve around your life. All that means is that most of us lack free time, or if we have a lot of free time we don’t want to spend it working out, so we better make damn sure we follow a good program that fits that lifestyle and still gets us to where we want to go.
